a pensare ad un qualcosa di naturale, puro, morbido, sensuale, durevole.
La
prima cosa che mi viene in mente è: il cotone.
Una
fibra naturale che simboleggia purezza ed è amata dai consumatori di tutto il
mondo. Morbido, delicato sulla pelle e quindi usato anche per i capi di neonati
e bambini. Una fibra che fa star bene la nostra pelle perché la lascia
traspirare. Che ci mantiene freschi in estate ma allo stesso tempo può
proteggerci dal freddo in inverno.
Una
fibra delicata sì ma anche estremamente resistente e durevole nel tempo. E che
indossiamo praticamente tutti i giorni, a volte anche in maniera inconsapevole:
dai capi di intimo, alle t-shirt, passando per le classiche camicie e i
pantaloni.
Ma
perché vi parlo del cotone? Perché assieme ad altre due colleghe blogger sono
stata scelta da COTTON USA, il brand che identifica capi tessili ad alto
contenuto di cotone ed in particolare cotone americano, per un progetto davvero
speciale. Scovare nella mia città le boutiques più glamour in cui fare shopping
alla ricerca dell'outfit perfetto in cui il protagonista sia appunto il
cotone.

A natural
fiber symbolizing purity and which is loved by consumers all over the world.
Soft, delicate on the skin and therefore used also for newborn and baby
clothes. A fiber that makes our skin feel good because it is breathable. It
helps to keep us cool in the summer but also warm during winter months. A fiber
that is delicate, yes, but also extremely strong and durable. And that we wear
almost every day, sometimes even unconsciously: from underwear to t-shirts,
from classic shirts to pants.
But why
am I talking about cotton? Because I have been chosen by COTTON USA, the brand
that identifies textile made with a high content of American cotton, for a very
special project together with two other fellow bloggers. I will look for the
most glamorous boutiques in my city, and shop for the perfect cotton
outfit.
