Il bianco e nero si confermano una accoppiata vincente, che vi ho proposto spesso nei miei outfits sia invernali che estivi (ad esempio qua). E come si suol dire, squadra vincente non si cambia, no?

Black and white confirm to be a winning combination, which I have used many times in my winter and sumer outfits (eg. here). And as they say, never change a winning team, right?

Do you remember when I told you about the event organized by Motivi  in collaboration with Sephora  (see here)? Well, today I want to share with you some photos of that wonderful day full of fashion and make up. After I had my make up done by the talented mua Jessica Grillo, I chose an outfit to wear for the day and my choice fell on a black and white mini dress, a pair of comfortable boots, and for a final touch, a bright statement necklace. I then had fun trying on some winter outerwear and other items, helped by the super nice girls of Motivi Shop in Via Cerretani, Firenze. Tonight the Motivi and Sephora tour willstop in Rome .... don't miss this great opportunity!

Ebbene, oggi voglio condividere con voi alcune foto di quella splendida giornata all'insegna della moda e del make up. Black and white is absolutely one of my favorite color combos, so today, inspired by my new super cute shoes from Vitovenice I decided to create an outfit all based on these two colors. My Romwe skater skirt is simply perfect with this chiffon white top from Jollychic.com... they match so perfectly that my friends thought I was wearing a dress! And then I added some accessories, inlcuding this Hermes inspired cuff from Lookbookstore. I feel so preppy!

Manca più di un mese al mio compleanno e sono sicura che vi domanderete come mai ci sto già pensando con così largo anticipo... Beh, il fatto è che stavolta, si tratterà di un compleanno un po´ speciale.... perché le candeline saranno addirittura trenta. Oh mio Dio come mi sento vecchia! In ogni caso preferisco non pensare all'età che avanza quanto piuttosto ai festeggiamenti (e ai bellissimi regali :P) che mi aspettano! E di conseguenza anche all'outfit da indossare per la serata in questione! Alla ricerca di un po´ di ispirazione  mi sono quindi messa a dare un'occhiata alle ultimissime novità di Zalando (mi sono fatta convincere dalla mia amica Martina che mi ripete sempre "Se vuoi delle idee outfit originali, le trovi su Zalando!"... lei è veramente innamorata di questo shop online) ed ho quindi realizzato sul mio profilo Polyvore due ipotetici outfit, con due anime profondamente diverse (ecco che riaffiora la mia personalità multipla in ambito fashion)! Il primo elegante e sexy, il secondo trendy e con un tocco rock.

My birthday is more than a month away and I'm sure you are wondering why I'm thinking about it so soon... well, the fact is that this year my birthday will be a little special, because I will be turning thirty years old. OMG. I feel so old. Anyway, I prefer not to think about my age, and think only about the great party (and beautiful gifts ;P) waiting for me! And also at the outfit to wear for this occasion! Looking for some inspiration, I started to browse the new items available on Zalando and I then realized on my Polyvore profile two hypothetical outfit, with two very different souls (my double fashion personality here emerges again!). The first, elegant and sexy, the second, rock and trendy.

Per il primo look sono partita da uno splendido abito di Little Mistress (simile a quello indossato in questo post) a cui ho aggiunto un meraviglioso bracciale dal gusto un po´ barocco, una pochette minimal (anche se prediligo le borse maxi, per una serata importante la pochette è un must) e delle eleganti decolleté cap-toe. La classica accoppiata bianco/nero sarà un trend ancora forte per la prossima stagione Autunno-Inverno, ce lo dice anche Vanity Fair!

Per il secondo look ho invece scelto dei magnifici pantaloni barocchi Versace Jeans a cui ho abbinato un top basico di Fornarina, una giacca in pelle e degli accessori un po´ strong. Credo che a prescindere dal mio compleanno, questi sandali borchiati di Vince Camuto entreranno comunque a far parte del mio guardaroba per la prossima stagione...

For the first look I started from a beautiful dress by Little Mistress (similar to the one I was wearing in this post) to which I added a stunning baroque bracelet,  a minimal clutch (even if I prefer maxi bags, for the evening the clutch is a must) and a pair of elegant cap-toe pumps.  Black/white will still be a hot trend for the next Fall-Winter season, as underlined also in this article by Vanity Fair.

For the second look, I chose some gorgeous Versace jeans pants that I paired with a basic top by Fornarina,a leather jacketand some strong accessories. I really think that, besides my birthday, these studded sandals by Vince Camuto will anyway become part of my wardrobe for the next season ...

This is the outfit I chose a few days ago for a romantic dinner out with my husband (it feels so strange not call him my boyfriend anymore!). I think the perfect choice to feel both elegant and sexy is a midi dress and I found the perfect one on OMG Fashion, my latest discovery for online shopping (you know I'm always looking for new websites!). This model is very simple: it has a clean shape and neutral colors, black and white, which are wisely balanced in order to enhance the figure. I added some chic accessories and... voilà, ready for my romance! And if you are looking for a cheap midi dress too, don't forget to visit OMG Fashion!

Questo è l'outfit che ho scelto un paio di giorni fa per una cena romantica con mio marito (mi sento così strana a non chiamarlo più il mio mio ragazzo!).  Ritengo che la scelta perfetta per sentirsi elegante e sexy sia un abito "midi" al ginocchio, e sono riuscita a trovare quello perfetto su OMG Fashion, la mia ultima scoperta in fatto shopping online (sapete bene che sono sempre alla ricerca di nuovi siti web!). Questo modello è molto semplice: ha una forma pulita e colori neutri, bianco e nero, che sono sapientemente bilanciati in modo da valorizzare la figura.  Ho aggiunto alcuni accessori chic e ... voilà, pronta per la mia serata all'insegna dell'amore! And here I am, showing you the third item chose from Persunmall: a pair of wide striped pants. I'm very satisfied with them, especially because stripes will be the hottest trend for Spring 2013 so I'm sure I'll be wearing them a lot.
